Helpful information to include

The more context you can give us at the outset, the more useful our initial response will be. If you can include the following, that is ideal:

• A brief description of the project: type, scale and location
• Any available drawings or site plans, even if early-stage
• The local authority handling the application, if applicable
• Where you are in the process: pre-application, full planning, reserved matters, or post-consent
• Your timeline: whether there is a planning submission date or a build programme to work to

If you do not have all of this yet, do not worry. A project address and a brief description is usually enough to get a useful conversation started.
